Dr. Can Gemalmaz completed his specialization in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine. After his compulsory service and military service, he continued his studies for 10 years until he became an associate professor at Acıbadem University Faculty of Medicine in Istanbul. Starting from the year 2014, he focused on the field of patient-specific orthopaedic surgery, computer-aided surgical planning, 3D printed custom surgical guides and implants, making him the first to apply computer-aided 3-dimensional technology in Türkiye for the correction of skeletal deformity. In addition to the unique treatment options he offers in deformity surgery, Dr. Can Gemalmaz, who is interested in spinal diseases, joint prosthesis surgery and sports surgery, currently provides services in his private practice in the Beşiktaş-Fulya district and continues his academic activities as an associate professor at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at Atlas University Faculty of Medicine.
